Someone wants you to adopt a pet this Saturday, so much so that they’ve already paid for the whole thing.

A LifeLine Animal Project promotion funded by an anonymous donor allows people to adopt any dog, cat, puppy or kitten for free. All adopted animals will be spayed or neutered, microchipped and vaccinated, normally a $250 value.

The “Fall in Love” deal is valid only at the Fulton County Animal Services shelter, 860 Marietta Blvd. NW, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Oct. 27. The normal adoption fee is $85 for dogs and $65 for cats (for people 55 years old or older, cats and dogs can be adopted for $40).
