Saturday 5K to honor officers killed in the line of duty
This annual Fallen Officer 5K event is held to remember officers who died in the line of duty in Georgia.
On-site registration begins as 7 a.m. and the race starts at 8 a.m. Saturday at Lost Mountain Baptist Church, 5400 Old Dallas Road in Powder Springs.
Proceeds from this event will be used to assist the families of fallen officers. For information go to: www.fallenofficer5k.com.
