Roads reopened around Fulton courthouse

Police have reopened streets around the Fulton County Courthouse in downtown Atlanta after a suspicious package was determined to be harmless.

The package -- which turned out to be a duffle bag full of clothes -- was found on the a deputy's car outside of the courthouse.
