The jackpot for Saturday night’s Powerball lottery has climbed to $125 million.

The top prize has been growing since August 18, rolling over eight times.

If a single player matches all six numbers and chooses the cash option, that person will receive a single payout of about $82 million.

In the other multi-state lottery, no players matched all six numbers in Friday night’s Mega Millions drawing, pushing that jackpot to $15 million for Tuesday night’s game.

The Mega Millions numbers drawn Friday night were 16, 17, 21, 40 and 51, and the Mega Ball was 20.
