A pedestrian was killed Saturday morning while crossing I-75 North, just south of Mt. Zion Road in Clayton County, police said.
Police said a man was run over by more than one car as he attempted to cross the interstate at that location.
Authorities were investigating and had few other details about the incident, which happened around 4:45 a.m., said Clayton County police spokesman Sgt. Kevin Hughes.

New evidence discovered by the GBI could help authorities figure out what happened to a missing and presumed murdered college student from metro Atlanta.
GBI spokeswoman Sherri Lang was tightlipped Saturday about the evidence, which was found on Friday night on Cabero Road in Hawkinsville in Pulaski County, home of Robert Kane Rolison, the 17-year-old arrested Thursday in connection with the disappearance of Middle Georgia State College student Jmaal Malik Keyes. “But the evidence was not found at his residence,” said Lang.
