The Grayson City Council presented options for traffic management needed when intersection improvements begin at Grayson Parkway and Rosebud Road in January. The proposed plan, developed by Precision Planning, Inc. of Lawrenceville, calls for making two nearby streets one-way.

The plan, already approved by Gwinnett DOT, would convert Britt Street one-way from Rosebud Road to Grayson Elementary School and Rock Springs Road one-way from Grayson Parkway to the library heading south. The plan includes turn signals at all four traffic lights and turn lanes at the intersections. No roundabouts are planned for the area. Construction necessitating these detours is currently anticipated to take six to nine months to complete.
