Bargain seekers have a new place to hunt for used home goods and clothes.

Atlanta Dream Center, a religious nonprofit founded in 2003 by Pastor Paul Palmer and his family, recently opened Old Fourth Ward Thrift.

All proceeds from the items, which include high-end furniture, clothes and shoes, go directly into ministries created to “reach, rescue and restore men, women and children,” according to the organization.

The store is still waiting to receive its business license, so items aren’t priced yet. But shoppers can make donation offers if they find a wine rack or secretary desk or coffee table they must have before then.

The entrance is located in the back of the ADC building near the Historic Fourth Ward Park, at 652 Angier Avenue NE.
