The Gwinnett Board of Commissioners recently awarded a construction contract to add sidewalks along Jimmy Carter Boulevard/Ga. 140 from Peachtree Industrial Boulevard/Ga. 141 to Holcomb Bridge Road in Peachtree Corners.
This project will construct sidewalks on the east side of the roadway from Peachtree Industrial Boulevard/Ga. 141 to Holcomb Bridge Road. Curb and gutter as well as drainage improvements are included as part of the $199,862 contract. SOL Construction LLC was the lowest of 11 bidders for the job. The project is funded by the 2014 SPLOST program.
