New John’s Creek development along Chattahoochee River opens in summer

Well-known luxury homebuilders Ashton Woods has announced its new development, “Bayard”, located in Johns Creek.

The new community will be set along the Chattahoochee River, with the private homes overlooking the 1,200-foot river. Bayard will be located 1.25 miles west of GA-141 and Old Alabama Road.

“Bayard combines the beauty and tranquility of the Chattahoochee River with the prestige and opportunities the Johns Creek community has to offer,” said Michael Malloy, vice president of sales and marketing for Ashton Woods Atlanta.

The gated, riverfront community will showcase 61 single-family homes. Each home will offer a unique floor plan, personalized interior designs and three-car garage.

According to Katie Milewski, spokeswoman for Ashton Woods,  sales will begin in the summer but no timeline has been set.

The homes will start selling from $600,000. Students who live in the Bayard neighborhood will attend Johns Creek High School.
