A new Holiday Inn & Suites is expected to be built in Chamblee by 2020.

A new hotel coming to DeKalb County will feature a rooftop bar and global fusion restaurant.

Intercontinental Hotels Group will break ground at 3:30 p.m. Friday on the Chamblee Holiday Inn and Suites, located at 4401 Chamblee Dunwoody Road, according to a release about the hotel.

The five-story hotel will feature a rooftop bar and a global fusion restaurant from chef Archina Becker of North Indian restaurant Bhojanic. The hotel includes 143 rooms and underground parking for 182 cars, according to the release.

The restaurant is expected to open in 2020.
