13 movie, TV projects have filmed at Emory University in 2018

As Atlanta has taken its place as the informal “Hollywood of The South,” Emory University in DeKalb County has seen plenty of projects filmed on campus.

There was a shoot Monday, which brings the total of film and TV productions to film on site this year to 13, the school said in a post.

The school hasn’t said who’s filmed this year, but some of the past projects to get help from Emory are: “Ant Man and the Wasp,” “First Man,” “Stranger Things” and “Hidden Figures.”
