Almost 99 percent of Atlanta Public Schools' approximately 7,700 employees completed ethics training, which became mandatory following last year's cheating scandal, Superintendent Erroll Davis said Monday. Of those that did not complete the training, about 114 had legitimate computer issues, he said. Those employees will be allowed to makeup the training. A "handful" did not have legitimate reasons and will face consequences, he said. Employees were supposed to complete the training by late December.
