Some Atlanta-area mansions have a claim to fame, like they were once owned by AkonJohn Smoltz or Ralph McGill.

But what about a home with about 30 claims to fame?

Such is the case with "Chateau de l'Imaginaire," a Buckhead estate that has been used as the backdrop for numerous TV shows, music videos, commercials, photo shoots, trailers, you name it. It has even been a stop on the Gardens for Connoisseurs Tour.

Livia and Scott Hostetler bought the home and surrounded it with lush gardens in 2011. It was built nearly 20 years ago for member of the San Francisco 49ers.

And now the home, located at 4455 Harris Trail NW, is on the market for $4,750,000.

The 15,000-square-foot French chateau-style mansion earns more than $100,000 in Hollywood film revenue a year, according to the listing. It has been the set for reality shows — such as "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" and "Love and Hip Hop Atlanta" — and for music videos by artists including 2 ChainzFutureMigos and MattyB.

Many of the rooms, like this breakfast area with one of the home’s five fireplaces, overlook the garden.

Of course, the eight-bedroom, 11-bathroom home has enormous walk-in closets with plenty of storage.

And there’s no lack of entertainment areas, including a pool room, media room, gym and full kitchen.

No surprise here: The two-acre property leaves room for a covered, limestone patio and saltwater pool and spa.

The gated home has a six-car garage, too. The home is listed by Debbie Sonenshine of Coldwell Bankers. See more photos here.
