DeKalb County employees and family members will gather Thursday to remember a county employee who died at work last week.
Zoning Administrator Kevin Hunter, 55, had a heart attack Friday while working in the county Planning Department, said Joy Woodson, a spokeswoman for the family.
The county has scheduled a memorial for Thursday at 9 a.m. at the old courthouse in Decatur. A funeral is being planned in Memphis, Woodson said.
Hunter worked for DeKalb for 13 years and leaves one son.
