Mangum Road in Talmo closing Feb. 4

Construction crews working with the Georgia Department of Transportation will be reconstructing Mangum Road in Talmo, Georgia off State Route 11/U.S. 129. The roadwork will require closing the road beginning Feb. 4. The project will include adjusting the elevation of Mangum Road to match the newly widened S.R. 11/ U.S. 129,
This road closure will last for approximately 30 days and traffic will be detoured by using Bob Bryan Road.
Drivers are encouraged to slow down through construction areas and watch for detour signage to navigate the road closure.
