Man killed in south Fulton crash

A driver died early Thursday when he lost control of his car and crashed into a pole in south Fulton County, police said.
The yellow Volkswagen Beetle was southbound on Ga. 29 near Camp Drive when the car left the roadway, struck the pole and overturned, Fulton police Cpl. Maureen Smith said.
“The male driver, who is not identified at the moment, was pronounced dead at the scene,” she said.
Police don’t know why the car crashed, but no other vehicles were involved in the crash.
No other details were released.
