Police in Barrow County are looking for three men accused of robbing a man holding a 1-year-old.

A suspect identified as Nicholas Brandon Williams entered the apartment of an acquaintance along with another man on Wednesday, Officer Chris Cooper with Winder police said Friday.

The three men talked for several minutes before the man with Williams, who has not yet been identified, pulled out a gun and put it in the victim's face, Cooper said. Williams then searched the apartment, grabbing $1,100 in cash and the victim's cell phone before running outside and getting into a getaway car, according to police.

The victim, whose name was not released, told police he tried to chase the two men, but could not keep up because he was holding a baby. But he watched as the men sped away in a light gray, four-door car, Cooper said. Police later identified the driver of the car as Antonio Lemont Cain.

All three men remained on the loose late Friday, according to police.

Once captured, Williams, 23, will face charges of armed robbery, two counts of aggravated assault, cruelty to children in the third degree, and use of a weapon during the commission of a crime, police said. Cain, 33, will be charged with party to the crime of armed robbery. Police did not say what charges the unidentified man will face.

Anyone with information regarding the men's whereabouts, or the identity of the third man, is asked to contact Winder police at 770-867-2156.
