Man's body found in Cobb County

A man found dead between two Cobb County houses is an apparent homicide victim, police said.
The man, who police have not yet identified, was found around 8:45 a.m Wednesday in the 200 block of Carruth Drive, off South Cobb Drive, Sgt. Dana Pierce with Cobb County police said. The medical examiner's office is assisting with the investigation.
The cause of death has not yet been released, Pierce said.
