A Savannah man was arrested Saturday night in connection with a fatal shooting during an argument in an IHOP parking lot earlier that day, the Savannah Morning News reports.

Jeffrey Jamal Johnson, 24, has been charged with murder in the death of 19-year-old Larry Venson, the report said.

Police said the two men had argued earlier at a nightclub and picked up their dispute again around 3 a.m. at the IHOP.
