Cobb County officials are requesting feedback from residents, service providers, business owners and other interested parties to determine how to use a county-owned facility at 315 Hillcrest Drive, Mableton.

Feedback will be accepted at the county’s Public Facility Needs Assessment Meeting at 6 p.m. March 27 at the South Cobb Regional Library, 805 Clay Road, Mableton.

The survey results will help determine eligible nonprofit organizations.

This facility previously was funded through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program.

As such, all project and program services must benefit 51 percent low-to-moderate income persons as defined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) which supplies the CDBG funding.

Survey responses also can be mailed or delivered to the Cobb County CDBG Program Office, 192 Anderson St., Suite 150, Marietta, GA 30060 or faxed to 770-528-1466 by no later than 5 p.m. April 5.
