A 32-year-old man accused of exposing himself to a woman in a Fayette County library was arrested shortly after the act, police said.

Jeffrey Leran Boozer, of Riverdale, left the library after being confronted by the victim, but not before a witness got his tag number, said Investigator Brent Rowan with the Fayette County Sheriff's Office.

Boozer was charged with public indecency after he allegedly exposed himself while performing a lewd act in the library Nov. 1, Rowan said.

Boozer was booked into the Fulton County jail, where he remained Sunday night. His bond has been set at $2,400, a jail spokesman told the AJC.

Boozer previously served nearly 10 years in state prison following his conviction in Clayton County on armed robbery and aggravated assault charges, according to the Georgia Department of Corrections. He was released Oct. 29, 2006.
