Mera Cardenas and Sarah Lisle from the Arabia Mountain National Heritage Area Alliance will speak at the event on Tuesday about the history and future of the farmhouse. Officials hope the house will become a way for visitors to learn about the history of the area.
The lunch and learn will be on the second floor of the Historic DeKalb Courthouse from noon to 1 next Tuesday, Nov. 5. The event is free but attendees should bring their own lunch.
