Lawrenceville will light the city blue for frontline heroes

Lawrenceville is encouraging its citizens to Light It Blue and Light Lawrenceville Blue beginning Sunday, April 26, in support of Frontline Heroes: First Responders and Healthcare Workers. The city plans to keep blue lights shining each evening in support of through National Police Week: May 10 - 16.

Blue light bulbs will be available for purchase at the Renasant Bank drive thru, 141 Hurricane Shoals Drive in Lawrenceville for $10 each (cash only) starting Friday, April 25, while supplies last. Proceeds benefit the Lawrenceville Police Benevolent Fund.

Residents can submit a photo of their home with blue bulbs in use and use the hashtag #LightLawrencevilleBlue and #LightItBlue on Instagram. Information: 678-406-6653 or email events@lawrencevillega.org.
