The Lawrenceville City Council approved a permanent construction easement and permanent drainage easement Monday along city owned property on Sugarloaf Parkway to allow the county to install sidewalks.

The property, known as the “Baggett Property” sits along Sugarloaf Parkway from Kendall Park Drive to Longmont Drive, from U.S. Highway 29/State Route 8/Lawrenceville Highway to Town Park Drive and the Walmart Driveway to Dunhill Drive.
