The Lawrenceville City Council voted recently to approve changes to the city’s organizational chart. Effective this month, the Organizational Leadership Structure will be modified to include a Key Management Team, made up of managers and directors. An Executive Level Management Team will include the City Manager, Chief of Police, Assistant City Manager of Public Works, Chief Communications Officer, and the Deputy City Manager of Operations.

This structure change also includes a job reclassification for Barry Mock becoming the Assistant City Manager/Public Works and Lisa Sherman becoming the Chief Communications Officer for the city.
