Following a recent public hearing, the Lawrenceville City Council approved a special use permit for Atlantic Pit Service Inc. to allow commercial vehicle parking at 225 Industrial Park Drive. The company operates a grease trap maintenance business on an adjacent property.

The use is in alignment with the Industrial Character Area of the 2030 Masterplan. Approval comes with several conditions including any expansion to the existing gravel parking area will require the property owner to pave the parking area and repair all areas of existing paving that are in disrepair. Additional conditions include landscaping maintenance and installation of trees along a portion of the front of Industrial Park Circle.
