Kroger giving away free school supplies to teachers at Gwinnett event

Metro Atlanta teachers can take home a bag full of free school supplies courtesy of Kroger at a Gwinnett County event on July 9.

Kroger is holding a school supply giveaway event for teachers at the Infinite Energy Center in Duluth on Tuesday. With a valid educator’s ID, teachers will receive a reusable bag that they can fill with up to $30 worth of whatever school supplies they need.

The event begins at 10 a.m. and the free supplies are available while they last. Items may include copier paper, tape, dry erase markers and hand sanitizer, according to a post from the Gwinnett County Public Schools’ Facebook page.

The giveaway is open to all metro Atlanta teachers. The Infinite Energy Center is located at 6400 Sugarloaf Parkway in Duluth.
