Kindergarten registration on tap in Forsyth

Forsyth County Schools officials said kindergarten registration begins next week for the 2015-2016 school year-with a new twist.

District spokeswoman Jennifer Caracciolo said that starting this year, registration will be held at the Almon C. Hill Educational Center, 136 Elm St., Cumming, not at individual schools. She said that’s to avoid further burdening staffers at those campuses. Each school will have an individual registration week, beginning Jan. 26 and concluding March 23.
