A man was killed and another man was injured in a fire at a mobile home, a Gwinnett County spokesman said Saturday.

The structure was fully aflame when crews arrived about 1:35 p.m., Capt. Tommy Rutledge said. The home was in the 2000 block of Fence Road in Dacula.

A man was found dead inside the home, and the other man was found outside and was taken to a hospital for treatment, Rutledge said. Identities were not released.

“The cause of the fire is currently undetermined and is under active investigation,” Rutledge said.

The home is a total loss.
