The Global Initiative for the Advancement of Nutritional Therapy will host a "Social Relaxation for a Purpose" even from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Mov. 3 at Therapy Lounge, 3145 Briarcliff Road.
The fundraising event will support future and current GIANT projects in Haiti.
The nonprofit's Haiti division is providing training, technical assistance and monetary assistance to local groups. The funds are provided for the purchasing of supplies and resources locally to support the local economy.
