Santa Claus is coming to town. No really, he's coming to Marietta on Thursday.
Police have issued a traffic alert for Santa's arrival at Marietta Square on Dec. 3 at 5 p.m.
Santa Claus will partake in the Christmas tree lighting ceremony at Cobb County's Winter Wonderland.
Drivers should expect delays in the area.
Children will get to meet Santa Claus starting at 5:20 p.m. and the Christmas tree will be lit at 6 p.m., according to the city.
The inaugural Winter Wonderland in the Marietta Square will run from Nov. 20 to Jan. 4.
