Gwinnett weather: Dry early Monday, possible showers later

It’s going to be a cloudy Monday, according to Channel 2 Action News meteorologists.

Gwinnett County residents woke to temperatures in the low 70s Monday morning. That will rise to 85 later today, Channel 2’s Karen Minton said.

Clouds will persist in metro Atlanta most of the day, with some rain possible later Monday evening.

Meteorologist Karen Minton has your Monday morning weather forecast.

Monday’s early dry weather comes as drivers along the toll lanes along I-85 in Gwinnett and DeKalb counties could see increased costs.
