ORIGINAL STORY (published Feb. 3): A 24/7 Vietnamese restaurant failed a recent health inspection, with officials noting that raw animal foods were not properly separated from each other.
I Luv Pho in Duluth scored a 36 following the Thursday evaluation. The prior score, from Dec. 29, was an 80.
According to the report, the kitchen manager repeatedly touched food with his bare hands while assessing food temperatures.
Officials also reported uncovered food in coolers and a freezer.

A man who answered the Duluth I Luv Pho’s phone Friday afternoon said the general manager was not available for comment that day.
There are also I Luv Pho locations in Doraville and Norcross.
Follow-up inspections are generally completed within 10 days of the original evaluation.
