Two weeks after a boat collision claimed the lives of two young brothers, a Gwinnett County family will gather Tuesday to say goodbye.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at noon for the Prince brothers, Griffin, 13, and Jake, 9, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Suwanee, the family said Monday.

"Among those attending are expected to be the rescue and law enforcement teams who became family to the Princes through their tireless dedication to finding their son and brother, as well as family, friends, and people from throughout the community," the family said in a statement released Monday.

The brothers died June 18 when the pontoon boat they were on with other family members collided with a fishing boat on Lake Lanier. The boys' older brother, Ryan Prince, found his youngest brother's body in the wreckage. On Wednesday, Hall County divers located Griffin's body, 113 feet under water.

The driver of the fishing boat, Paul Bennett, was arrested and charged with boating under the influence. He could face additional charges pending the outcome of a state Department of Natural Resources investigation.

During the 10-day search for Griffin, the Prince family expressed its gratitude to members of law enforcement as well as the community, which also grieved the loss of the boys in the tragic wreck.

On Tuesday, overflow parking for the church, located at 3855 Suwanee Dam Road, will be at nearby North Gwinnett High School, 20 W. Level Creek Road.

A public visitation will be held for Jake and Griffin at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday.
