A lottery player in north Fulton County did not win the $310 million Powerball jackpot Wednesday — but they did win a decent chunk of change.

The winning numbers drawn were 5-28-33-38-42 and the Powerball was 19.

A Kroger, located at 3000 Old Alabama Road in Alpharetta, sold a $50,000 ticket matching the first four numbers. A Publix in Savannah did the same.

A lottery player in Cherokee County got even closer; a convenience store on the Cobb line sold a $1 million ticket. The Georgia Lottery was not immediately available to confirm if the tickets had been claimed.

Saturday’s Powerball jackpot is an estimated $349 million.
