Advanced voting for Forsyth County registered voters for the general election runoff will be held through Friday, Nov. 30, for Secretary of State and Public Service Commissioner, District 3.

Voting began Monday, Nov. 26, and continues through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Forsyth Voter Registration and Elections Office in its new location at 1201 Sawnee Drive, Cumming.

Advanced voting also is available this week from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday, at Hampton Park Library, 5345 Settingdown Road; Midway Park Community Building, 5100 Post Road; and Sharon Springs Park Community Building, 1950 Sharon Road.

All 15 election day polling places will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 4, the day of the runoff. County officials remind residents that no voting will take place the Monday prior to the election, and the Forsyth County Administration Building and Cumming City Hall are no longer open for advanced voting.
