Hey, Gwinnett: How's about a little piece of Tuscany, a little closer to home?

This $2.5-million waterfront villa in Berkeley Lake fits the bill.

The home, located at 4025 N. Berkeley Lake Road NW, offers seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms and 6,400 square feet. Its listing boasts of a "grand two-story entry," a fancy circular staircase and state-of-the-art appliances, but the real draw is what's outside. There you'll find multiple gardens, a "trickling waterfall," a hot tub and a saltwater infinity pool overlooking the city's namesake 88-acre lake.
