FBI agents arrested a man and a woman suspected of stealing $700,000 in jewelry from a Conyers store in April.

Cephos Leyon “Jamal” White, 29, of Sandy Springs, and Sandrika Denise Sears, also known as Nubian Monae, 31, of Decatur, were taken into custody Wednesday morning, FBI spokesman Agent Stephen Emmett said in a news release.

The duo is facing charges of violation of the Hobbs Act and use of a firearm during a crime in connection with the April 18 robbery of Kay Jewelers at 1620 Dogwood Avenue, Emmett said.
