East Point offers ticket amnesty in February
Those with failure to appear warrants can be forgiven during the month of February.
The city of East Point has announced that the East Point Municipal Court Ticket Amnesty program will begin in February. For the entire month anyone who has received a failure to appear warrant can be forgiven. The citation issued must still be paid but the amnesty program will keep those for whom a FTA was issued out of Fulton County Jail.
Beginning Feb. 1 anyone with a FTA can make use of the amnesty program in person 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the East Point Municipal Law Enforcement Center, 2727 East Point St.
