Depending on weather, crews will soon pave and paint the roadway at Terrell Mill and Lower Roswell roads along with Lower Roswell and Old Canton roads. If all that gets done, then traffic in that area could return to normal by Feb. 13.
Until then, traffic will be restricted to one lane from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily for the safety of the crews and travelling public because Lower Roswell Road is a small three-lane roadway.
