Duluth City Council offering informal chat with citizens

Duluth Councilmembers will meet with citizens for an informal chat 5 to 6 p.m. Dec. 5 at City Hall, 3167 Main St. Those attending are encouraged to ask about any topic.

Developers for the Proctor Square properties will also be on hand to answer questions about their plans for the area.
