Downtown Canton has a new Web site, created to promote the city's Main Street program to keep downtown alive and vibrant. The site has a calendar of events, news, a community blog, merchant listings and other information. The new site was created for free by two Canton design and technology firms, Grant Design Collaborative and 45Royale.

Ginger Garrard, Canton’s Main Street Program Director said, “We are thrilled with our new Web site, and we will use it as the primary vehicle to promote our Main Street program and events in Canton’s Historic Downtown Loop.…the Web site is a great way to communicate all of the exciting happenings in the core downtown district."

The new site is www.cantonhdl.com
