DeKalb taking “pitches” on tech ideas
DeKalb County Commissioner Larry Johnson is sponsoring a pitch contest later this month, to hear residents’ technology ideas.
Ideas for games, apps, or other concepts will be taken and showcased for awards. The event also includes information about related courses and program at Georgia Piedmont Technical College.
The contest runs from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Aug. 28 at the Porter Sanford arts center, 3181 Rainbow Dr., near Decatur.
