DeKalb County is holding a "Sustainable Communities" summit this week, designed to help residents get information about efforts to battle back against the foreclosure crisis.

Information will be available that helps residents stay in their homes as well as ways to get new families into vacant and foreclosed properties.

The summit runs from 8:30 a.m. to noon Saturday 7/21 at St. Philip AME Church, 240 Candler Road, near Decatur.
