DeKalb police are looking for help Wednesday in identifying an armed robber who hit a Family Dollar.
The robbery took place at the store at 2500 Snapfinger Road on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Capt. Steve Fore said.
“The suspect entered the location, brandished a black semi-automatic handgun and demanded money from the registers and safe,” Fore said. “He then fled the location on foot. He should be considered armed and dangerous.”
Anyone with information on the suspect is asked to contact Crime Stoppers Atlanta at 404-577-8477 (TIPS). The tipster may be eligible for up to a $2,000 reward.
