Gov. Nathan Deal on Friday appointed a Fulton County prosecutor and an Atlanta lawyer to fill two vacancies on the DeKalb State Court bench.

The judgeships went to Eleanor Ross, of Lithonia, an executive assistant district attorney in the Fulton DA's Office, and Stacey Hydrick, of Dunwoody, a partner of the firm Hedrick Law. Ross succeeds Barbara Mobley, who resigned in February amid being investigated for alleged misconduct. Hydrick takes the place of Antonio DelCampo, who resigned in February to join an Atlanta law firm.
