Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and in an effort to ensure the community’s safety and well-being, Dacula has canceled the city’s annual Memorial Day Parade previously scheduled for May 25.

The 27th Annual Memorial Day Parade in Dacula would have honored those men and women who died in service to our country. The city’s goal for the event has been to promote patriotism and ensure today’s youth understand the significance, importance and meaning of Memorial Day.

The popular event, containing a maximum 150 parade entries, was scheduled to travel from Hebron Baptist Church at 202 Hebron Church Road, down Dacula Road toward Dacula Park. The parade will be back on the streets of Dacula on Memorial Day, May 31, 2021.
