Two men who cleaned a Harris County school were arrested after students tipped the sheriff about janitors possibly selling cocaine to students.
Authorities said Victor Lamar Hutchinson, 33, and Lontario Jerome Howe, 36, tried to sell crack cocaine to an informant Thursday, according to The Columbus Ledger-Enquirer.
Sheriff Mike Jolley said the informant wasn't a student and the sting happened across the highway from Harris County High.
Jolley said he suspected they had been selling drugs to students on school property.
The two worked for Southern Management, which has offices in Columbus and is owned by ABM Industries Inc. of New York, which declined comment.
The men were being held in the Harris County jail on charges of possession with intent to distribute. It wasn't immediately clear whether they had lawyers.
