U.S. Congressman Hank Johnson is hosting a series of town hall meetings May 5-7. The series, called “Moving The Fourth Forward,” will address both district and national issues, and particularly, the ever growing number of people shot and killed by police across the country since the August 2014 death of Ferguson teenager Michael Brown. Johnson is the U.S. Representative for the 4th District of Georgia, and has authored three legislative bills addressing criminal justice reform.

Three meetings have been scheduled for 6:30. to 8 p.m. at the following places: Rockdale Career Academy, 1064 Culpepper Dr. on May 5; Snellville City Hall, 2342 Oak Rd. on May 6; and Lou Walker Senior Center, 2538 Panola Rd. on May 7
