Freddy Frank of Peachtree City submitted this photo. “The new dam and spillway project in Peachtree City, paid for with SPLOST dollars is almost complete,” he wrote back in September. “The new dam is located on the south end of Lake Peachtree. The new cart path bridge and landscaping is icing on the cake for the project.”
